Where are your products manufactured?

Almost our products are proudly manufactured and fulfilled in Louisiana, USA. Some specific pieces will be processed and shipped from China like clock or weathervane.

Can our metal sign be created from our own artwork?

Absolutely. Just attach your PDF, JPEG, or any other file when submitting the easy quote form on our website and we will quote a price and create your design and send it to you to check for your approval.

Can our metal sign be produced in any colors that we choose?

At this moment, we are provided some colors: Black, Red, Copper, and Silver.

How long will it take to get my package?

Please allow 7-10 business days from the time an order is placed to be delivered. In rare instances, there may be a delay in the time frame of shipping due to unforeseen imperfections in pieces. In these instances, we will do our best to communicate the delay.

Do you ship internationally?

YES, we provided worldwide shipping.

What is the status of my order?

We have you covered! We will email you as items in your order ship, or if there are updates on the status of your order.

Can I expedite my shipping?

Yes! We offer expedited shipping options within checkout.

How do I pay for my order?

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We also accept payment via PayPal.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

We typically ship all orders within 3-5 business days. You have up to six hours from when the order is placed to make any changes or cancellations. After this period, we are unable to modify the order.

Do you accept returns?

Due to our items being personalized and made on-demand, we are unable to accept any returns.

Are all signs weatherproof?

Most of our metal signs are powder coated for maximum durability that will last for decades!

We use USPS, FedEx, or DHL Express to ship all our orders.

Why did I only receive part of my order?

Don't worry, it's on its way! While we do our best to ship all orders in one package, there are times when orders will ship from multiple warehouses. If you did not receive multiple tracking numbers, please reach out to our customer service team for assistance.
