Everyday we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world from our Loussianna based workshop while striving to provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times. We take a lot of price in the superior quality of the custom decor we produce and that same attention to detail applies to our shipping department as well. The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts: Production Time & Shipping Time.
Every item in our store gets handcrafted at our Loussianna-based workshop as orders are placed. Once we receive your order the dedicated team at Afcultures ushers your designs through a multi-step production process.
Step 1: Our designs ensure your personalized text is adjusted perfectly for a superior quality finished product.
Step 2: Our skilled craftsman cut your design from high-grade 18 gauge steel. Your cut design then gets polished to a smooth finish and then gets a baked-on powder coating to ensure they are both waterproof and rust-resistant for years of indoor/outdoor use.
Step 3: Our shipping team then carefully boxes your finished designs for safe transit to your desired location. Our typical production time for each order is 5- 15 business days.

If your order contains a 30" and 36" sized item, we will not be able to ship your order to a PO Box.If you request a preferred carrier, additional shipping costs may apply.

Due to our items being personalized and made on-demand, we are unable to accept any returns. Can be returns or exchange for case damaged, wrong customized or wrong design.
Most of our metal signs are powder coated for maximum durability that will last for decades!
