Thank you for shopping with us! The following page will do a good job explaining some vital information about shipping. 

  • Generally, orders will typically ship within 10-15 business days from the customer’s order date on average (applied for all orders in US).
    During peak season or high demand, items and custom monogram orders may take up to 6 weeks.
  • We make it a priority that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. To ensure the items are received in a timely manner, we ship every item through air to the destination country.
  • Through multiple shipping partners we are able to offer delivery of your new decor no matter where you are on the planet!
  • Our shipping charges are determined by the weight of your order and the cost of shipping to your country. Every country has a different price and we absolutely make no money on shipping. 
  • Any international orders placed outside of the United States of America must note that our shipping companies cannot deliver to PO boxes. If you have put a PO box as your address and our system flags it, we will send out notices via email for a new address. If our system doesn’t flag it, your shipment may get re-routed. It is your responsibility to make sure a PO box is not used for international orders.

Attempted Deliveries

Our shipping providers such as USPS, DHL, FEDEX… and other international shippers have a strict policy for deliveries. Signature may be required on orders because of the size and value of the pieces being shipped. As per the policies of the shipping company, delivery will be attempted up to 3 times before it is sent back to the shipping facility.

In the event where the delivery is unsuccessful after 3 attempts, the shipping companies at their own discretion may destroy the package without any further notice. In this event, we will not be liable for the shipment.

Duties & Taxes

You will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery. Please be aware that we do not have any control for any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to. We cannot advise you what the cost will be as these charges can vary according to country.

Since these fees are not computed nor applied to orders by us, please contact your local customs office to find out more information if you are unsure of the charges.

How long and how much does the shipping take?

After departing from Afcultures’s facility, the carrier packages generally deliver within 7-15 business days, depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

When your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a notification via email with your package’s tracking number (Please make sure you provide us your email address on your order).

Any and all customs fees and charges related to your (the customer’s) order/package are 100% your responsibility.

Afcultures is not responsible for and will not pay customs charges for any orders. International orders can take several weeks to arrive as they must pass through customs and while we make every effort to ensure orders are shipped in a timely manner, shipping timelines for international packages are out of our control.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Why does my tracking says “Return to Sender processed”?

For some reasons, your order will be returned to our overseas warehouse for sorting. In this case, please contacting us as soon as possible, we will check and support you to receive the order to the best of our ability.

Please note that in the case of returned items due to customer-related causes such as an insufficient address or an inability to contact the consignee, we will not responsible for compensation for the order. However, we will still support the customer to the best of our ability to successfully re-issue the package.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
