A. Powder Coated

What's Powder Coating?

Utilizing electrostatic implements, a fine powder containing pixels and resin is sprayed onto the surface of the desired product. After it has been laid onto the surface, it is treated with heat and cured to create a smooth surface.

Durability

Powder coat finishes are famous for their excellent corrosion and abrasion resistance. When compared to liquid coating, a powder coated metal often has higher corrosion resistance. The anti-corrosive and anti-abrasive properties of the metal surface finishing process help to maintain the quality of the component for extended periods.

B. Custom Paint Color

It’s easy to request custom colors! Simply choose the color pantone or add your color code logo you’d like us to match and we will obtain a mixing formula at $50 add on fee. We apply the automotive painting technology process, so the color and durability will be long-lasting (over 5 years of use).

C. UV metal printing

Metallic UV printing technology helps you keep the originality of your logo instead of just using one color like other options. UV printing is a printing technique that utilizes ultraviolet light to cure the ink. When applied to metals, UV printing uses a UV light source to harden the ink, creating a durable printed pattern on the metal surface. This technique enables high-resolution, abrasion-resistant, and weather-resistant printing results.

D. Corten Steel

Corten Steel (sometimes known as weathered steel) is a group of steel alloys that are often used in outdoor construction. Corten Steel was designed to eliminate the need for painting and if left outside, exposed to the elements, they will develop a rusted appearance in just a few months. With this product, we will use a paint effect similar to corten steel. And the product will still be protected outdoors for a long time of use (over 5 years of use).

Can LED light Color is change?

Usually, we made light color follow your Logo or idea so The LED light color will fix and can not to change. If you want to add RGB light backlit, the cost will add on $80, and we can work in order process.

How do I hang my sign?

Your sign is like a beautiful painting, but even easier to hang 😎

All of our wall art pieces include mounting screws that lift it 1.5cm off the wall to give it a 3D feel, as well as a hanging device on the back for easy installation.

How will my LED metal sign look like in real?

Sometimes it is hard to imagine what your neon sign will look like in real life. Or perhaps you’re not sure which color you’d like for your sign, you can’t decide which will look best in your space. Don’t worry, our designers will send you a mockup before we finalize your design, so you can make sure your sign is exactly what you want!

What does the warranty cover?

We offer a 2-year warranty with all our LED neon signs.

However, this does not extend to any damage that may occur as a result of incorrect installation or physical damage during usage.

Can I use sign for Outside?

Yes, we make outdoor signs! If you’re looking to hang your sign outdoors, let us know! We’ll make your sign will be made slightly differently, so it is safe to use outdoors and supplied with a special power supply. Please be aware dimmers cannot be used on outdoor products, and you should always protect your sign from extreme weather.
