The Site and our products are intended for business and commercial use. By using the Site you confirm you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

Some features may require an account. You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your credentials secure, and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you believe your account has been used without authorization. We may suspend or close an account that violates these Terms.

Product descriptions, prices, and quotations on the Site are invitations to order, not binding offers, and may be corrected or updated. A contract is formed only as described in the Terms of Sale. We may decline or cancel an order — including for a pricing or description error, suspected fraud, or inability to fulfill — and where we do, we refund any amount paid for the cancelled order.

Quotations are valid for the period stated in them. All prices are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise.

When you submit artwork, logos, text, images, or other materials ("Your Content"), you keep ownership of it. You grant AFCultures a license to use Your Content as needed to prepare proofs, manufacture your order, and provide our services.

You represent that you own or have the right to use Your Content, and that it does not infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of what you supply, and you agree to indemnify AFCultures against claims arising from Your Content. We do not verify trademark ownership.

We may refuse or remove any content that we believe is unlawful, infringing, or otherwise objectionable. Our intellectual property, licensing, and design ownership terms for a specific order are set out in the Terms of Sale.

The Site and its content — text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, page layout, and software — are owned by AFCultures or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the Site for its intended purpose of evaluating and placing orders. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, scrape, or create derivative works from the Site or its content without our written permission, except for content you are permitted to use under an order.

"AFCultures" and our logos are our trademarks. You may not use them without our written permission.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Submit content that is infringing, defamatory, deceptive, or unlawful
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site, its security, or its servers
• Access the Site through automated means (bots, scrapers) except for standard search-engine indexing
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or account
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

The Site relies on third-party services — including payment processing, hosting, analytics, and advertising — and may link to third-party sites we do not control. We are not responsible for third-party content, products, or practices. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that party's terms.

We respond to notices of alleged intellectual property infringement. If you believe content on the Site infringes your rights, follow the process on our DMCA page. We may remove content and terminate accounts of repeat infringers.

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, AFCultures disclaims all warranties regarding the Site, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defect will be corrected.

This section concerns the Site. Warranties for products you purchase are set out in the Limited Warranty, and nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer protection law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AFCultures is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of — or inability to use — the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site does not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

Liability relating to a product you purchase is governed by the Terms of Sale and Limited Warranty, not this section. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including for personal injury caused by a defective product.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AFCultures and its officers, employees, and agents from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Site, Your Content, or your breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Disputes relating to a product order follow the dispute resolution process in the Terms of Sale.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect is posted here with its effective date. Material changes take effect when posted; your continued use of the Site after that means you accept the updated Terms.

Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Terms of Sale, and Limited Warranty, are the entire agreement between you and AFCultures regarding the Site.

Severability. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.

No waiver. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.

Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
