Refunds will be issued for unsatisfied or defective products only if a video is provided as proof. If you encounter any issues with the product immediately upon receipt, contact support@afcultures.com for refund approval.
The amount refunded will depend on the specific case:
1. Color or Light Discrepancies Compared to Approved Design
- Paint Color: You may request a sample paint chart for a shipping fee of $100, which you must cover. If you choose not to request a paint chart, we are not responsible for minor color variations that may occur. Paint color adjustments can be made if you request changes after reviewing a video of the completed product and before the item is shipped. However, no refunds will be issued for paint color discrepancies once the product has been delivered.
- Light Color: Refunds will only be issued if the light color is rendered incorrectly (e.g., a different color or type of light than approved). To avoid confusion with similar shades (such as purple and pink), please check carefully and confirm with us. If the light color appears unclear due to factors such as overlapping stronger lights or an inability to attach light wires, we will inform you during production. Your understanding in such cases is appreciated.
- Surface: For products with UV-printed surfaces, we do not issue refunds for claims regarding dark or unclear details, as this is a characteristic of the material. Refunds will only be provided if a different surface material is used than what was approved in your design mock-up.
2. Spelling Errors
Please double-check all spelling before approving the design and reviewing the finished product video. Once the product is delivered, it means it has passed two approval checkpoints by you. We only offer partial refunds or a product remake for spelling errors, with a small shipping fee covered by you.
3. Late Delivery
If a rush order is delayed due to late design approval or late payment of the remaining balance by the buyer, the rush order fee will not be refunded, even if the order is received later than expected.
4. Additional Repair and Accessories Costs
For signs meeting warranty conditions, we will reimburse the cost of additional accessories or repair expenses needed to make the sign operational, provided the issue stems from a manufacturing defect. To qualify for reimbursement, please submit receipts for the accessories or repairs. Ensure the purchases and repairs adhere to our provided instructions.
